Principal Mortgage was able to source a competitive first mortgage loan for this owner-occupied manufacturing facility in a challenging market environment.  By approaching a wide variety of lenders, we were able to source a 25 Year amortization and flexible covenants for the Borrower.  We were able to address and resolve several key issues on behalf of both the Borrower and Lender to complete a successful and timely financing transaction.
