Our group has been involved in financing this property more than once over the past 8 years.  As a result, our new borrower utilized our experience to obtain a revolving line of credit secured by the real estate.  This allowed our borrower flexibility and the ability to re act quickly for additional asset acquisitions.

Major tenants included Royal Bank of Canada, Tim Hortons, Calgary Police Services and Mac's.
