
Principal Mortgage provided construction financing on an 18 month term. The interim financing was extended to round out the leasing and allow the Borrower full financing at the take out stage. We were able to obtain full financing for this well located, well tenanted property.
Although a portion of the property was an owner user, Principal Mortgage was still able to obtain financing under competitive terms and conditions, while also handling all 3rd party reports, on behalf of the Borrower.
