Principal Mortgage was able to structure a high-leverage, non-recourse loan with competitive terms and conditions.  By approaching a wide variety of lenders, we were able to source a 25 Year amortization when the market was dictating a 20 Year amortization.  By creating a well documented loan proposal, we were able to address lender concerns with respect to a concentrated tenant rollover during the loan term.
