We were able to secure a very well priced, non-recourse loan for this nieghbourhood shopping centre.  By approaching a wide variety of lenders, we were able to source a 25 year amortization at a time when the market was dictating a 20 year amortization.  We were also able to alleviate Lender concerns over the uncertain status of a video rental tenant.
