We were able to secure a very well priced, non-recourse loan for this attractive, shadow-anchored retail centre.  By sourcing a lender very familiar with the Property and the immediate area, we were able to replace the existing conduit loan and complete and equity take-out at the same time.  We were also able to alleviate concerns over a former on-site dry-cleaning operation and negotiate a potential holdback pertaining to roof maintenance.
