Principal Mortgage financed the aquisiton of this property on a conventional basis.  As the market got stronger, we were able to re leverage the property providing an equity withdrawl to allow for an additional asset acquisition. This property was leased to a third party on an arms length basis.

The borrower also owned an operated a medium sized business in the oil and gas sector.  By delegating this assignment to our group, the Borrower was able to focus on their daily business operations while knowing we would ensure a timely closing.
