Our borrower leased this to a single, non arms lenght, tenant.  As a result of our historical dealings with this borrower, we were able to react quickly to the financing request and  provide financing under better terms and conditions than the Borrower's current lending institution, resulting in increased flexibility and interest savings to our client.
