Our borrower owned multiple single tenant industrial buildings in Western Canada that it leased to a non arms length tenant. 

The project recently finished constrcution and the borrower was not satisfied with the lender requirments.  They engaged Principal Mortgage Group to obtain the financing.  By creating a competitive environment, we were able to secure a better overall financing package than the borrower's existing, traditional lender.
